Experience a slow Sunday afternoon to pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself.
In the constant churn of daily life, and with incessant distractions, we rarely feel connected with our own thoughts. Our attention is fragmented, our self-connection, disjointed. We lose touch with the present.
This is an invitation for you to pause from this constant rushing and feel the present moment. It is an invitation to truly connect with yourself.
With a guided mindfulness session, we'll settle our attention and gently return to ourselves. We'll share tea and transition from a state of 'doing' to 'being.'
You don't need any prior meditation experience for this.

What to bring:
Bring a yoga mat, or a cushion for sitting. Chairs will be available.
Wear comfortable clothing.
Tea, water, and light refreshments will be offered.

You're in a demanding role and need to reset your nervous system

Facilitated by Sravani, a longtime mindfulness practitioner with studies in Neuroscience and Mindfulness (University of Toronto) and MBSR (Brown University), who has experienced the power of slowing down to connect with yourself.
We'll meet at the warm and vibrant Taste of Colombia on Sunday, May 17, from 2pm-3:30 pm.
