Our espresso is one of the most versatile coffee in our line, for the home barista it provides a smooth and consistent shot that is mellow sweet with little acidity and no bitterness.
If brewed as pour over it delivers a medium body cup with notes of chocolate and molasses predominantly.
We have crafted our espresso blend using a combination of only two single origins, both bourbon variety but processed differently, one is a fully washed and the other is a honey processed coffee.
Since que started roasting in Canada our espresso has been consistently the coffee of choice for the home baristas.
